TB RANGE (12-15 Tonne)

TB is designed for tough off-road conditions. We mount all models on either an 8 or 10 mm RHS chassis; this clean design eliminates spillage of materials on road or yard.

On the move you’re always in control. Heavy-duty commercial axles on tandem springs and a sprung drawbar featuring a leaf spring ensures the ride is smooth on all terrains, whether partially or fully loaded. The hydraulic braking system works in tandem with your tractor, which is vital when braking suddenly. Mudguards fitted as standard to protect the trailer against debris and surface spray.

To compensate for wear and tear when loading heavy materials, all models feature heavy-gauge sides, strengthening channels and heavy-gauge floors with hollow section runners at 300 mm centres. Long reach chromed tipping cylinders deliver approximately 50º of tip.

Hydraulic Rear Door
The hydraulic rear door features a lock valve, which secures the door tightly, and a safety valve, which prevents the door from being opened when the trailer is in the down position. Long reach 2 way rams are retained in any position to allow controlled discharge of free flowing loads, plus greater clearance for heaped loads.
