My approach to the role is… Always be willing to listen to other opinions and offer the best service I can to customers and dealers.

The most enjoyable part of my role is... Working for a family business and the satisfaction of offering market leading products and service.

Before joining Bailey my role was... I have only ever worked at Bailey Trailers.

The best advice I’ve ever been given... I would say there are two pieces of advice: People buy from people, so always be polite and amiable. We have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason!

Away from Bailey I enjoy... Spending time with my family, watching rugby and playing football for a veteran’s team.
