PARTS MANAGER
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Parts Manager to run our busy Parts Department in Sleaford. This is a permanent position.
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Ordering, receiving, and managing inventory
✔️ Selling parts and handling customer queries
✔️ Coordinating prompt distribution of urgent supplies
✔️ Submitting warranty claims and processing returns
✔️ Managing phone, email, and some front-counter sales
What you’ll bring:
✔️ Experience in parts retail
✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Comfortable using standard computer applications
✔️ A flexible attitude – willing to go the extra mile when needed
